**Products that are UNWORN may be returned in their ORIGINAL packaging for a full refund within 15 days of receipt.
**Products returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING may be exchanged for products of equal or greater value within 30 days of receipt. If worn, products must be laundered prior to return.
**NO refunds will be given on products that have been opened, worn or that are not in their original packaging.
**HOWEVER, our policy doesn't stop there! If you feel your stockings have prematurely weakened or deteriorated, don't throw them away. Contact one of our representatives to discuss your options for returning the stockings. Depending on the manufacturer, we may be able to get the stockings replaced for up to 90 days from original receipt. Please note, that manufacturer warranties do NOT cover normal wear & tear, mishandling, runs, improper care and when it can be shown that donning instructions have not been followed properly.
HOW DO YOU REQUEST A RETURN? If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, simply e-mail our customer service team at support@foryourlegs.com. Please provide your reason for the return and your requested course of action. You will then receive a return authorization number to note when returning your purchase. ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

**Freight charges on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. However, freight will not be charged for the replacement of a defective product.
**Freight charges from the original order will not be refunded.
**If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned and the value of the remainder of the order no longer qualifies for shipping, a $5.95 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
**Any coupons and/or discounts will not be honored on exchanges unless it was our error.
**Refunds on orders paid for via Paypal, will be processed as store credit for future use.
**CANCELLATIONS- Please note that cancellations of orders must be made via phone and we are only able to cancel unshipped orders.
